Section 4.4

Representatives of the University’s wider social and economic environment, including employers and industry practitioners, contribute to the education quality system through their membership of Study Programme Boards.

Internal stakeholders

Students, academic staff and university employees contribute their views through surveys, teaching observations and the work of quality committees, among other channels.

External stakeholders

Employers, placement providers, graduates, and partner institutions and businesses. Every RPKS includes at least one external stakeholder representative.

External stakeholders support study programme enhancement by assessing the relevance of intended learning outcomes to labour market needs and providing feedback on programmes and graduates’ professional preparation. Cooperation with employers and institutions in organising work placements is equally important.
